A Letter from the President

Sister Analee,

We are very pleased to hear from you and able to communicate with other RM’s from Davao Mission. Sister Pagaduan and I are very excited to have a reunion with our missionaries and their families. We are back to home base – Cabanatuan City. In a short time, we will retire from work and are planning to go as couple missionaries wherever the Lord wants us to go. We thought it will be a great privilege to teach the gospel or rekindle the testimonies of less active members when we serve this mission.

So you are now somewhere in this planet earth with your family. We know you are in the US but exactly where we don’t know. But what is important now is we can connect through the internet. All our children are now finished in their schooling this year although one, our youngest, Jayson is still studying at BYU-Provo for his PhD in Bio Chemistry.

We thank Rei for his initiative and suggestion for us to have a reunion. Of course, the distance and cost could be a constraint for several of our missionaries but it could be worth the feeling of joy and reunion for all of us. We think the feeling could be like what Alma the younger felt when he met his fellowmissionaries (the sons of Mosiah) who served in the Lamanite mission when he met them again after 14 years of separation.

We look forward to our reunion with our families somewhere, sometime. God bless you always and your family.

Sincerely,

Bro and Sis Pagaduan
